Ocean Advocate

When  I learn something I think will be useful  for you I will either write about it or record it in a podcast episode.  I have split my musings into two main categories:

1) ‘wellbeing and coaching top tips’ – you could call them life hacks; and

2) ‘ocean advocacy’.

This includes tips on sustainability for you and your business that would have an impact on improving ocean health and in turn – the health of the giant blue planet ecosystem we rely upon on a daily basis.

My journey began with plastic awareness outreach and clearing rubbish out of our physical environment.  You can learn more about  that by checking out the Paddle Cleanup, Oceans 8 Brighton and Incredible Oceans projects on my Ocean Advocacy page here.

When I realised that ocean connections were vital to ocean protection, I switched my focus to  Blue Health Coaching.  Part of that is still very much involved in ocean advocacy and protection which is very much now and always will be a huge part of who I am.
